date-specific doctor permission letters which will allow players
to play with casks and/or hard substances.

Tom talked about position/numbers
of eligible/ineligible pass receivers. Tommy James talked about
the eligibility of an end who is partially covered by a player who
is neither on the line or off the line. The player who is covering
the end is an ineligible receiver, BUT the end is
still eligible.
